The Runamuck Challenge is a cross country event over a wet and mucky course with various man made and natural obstacles like bale "jumps", net scrambles, super slides, tarzan swings, bridges, ditchs, streams, tyres and tunnels.
It is designed to test your mental and physical strength and will leave you with a big grin on your face
!
All obstacles are achievable but if you have any real difficulties then there are alternative routes available
Hopefully we will see you there in October for the original and the best "Down N Durty in the Country" experience
!
There is no requirement to raise money for any charity to participate in this event though you may of course do so if you want
Runamuck for Niall Mellon Township Trust VDO Here

Many thanks to all the volunteers who made the day so enjoyable for all and Kildare FM for the live broadcast!
Checkout the Gallery and these VDO links for ideas of the 2010 event's course. Be prepared for whatever the course may throw at you as we have being making lots of changes so wider obstacles and "chicken swims" options, net climbs instead of horizontal ladders and more muck guaranteed!
Prizes were provided for the March 2011 event by Columbia Sportswear and Crannmor Pottery

3. Pieta House - Self-harm and Suicide Support
4. Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Research
5. Chernobyl Aid Ireland
All of the above charities have large groups participating in the event to raise funds for their worthy causes.
